Under auspices of Creative Force program by Swedish Institute, this was a project targeting obstacles that women experience on their path to dignified state, empowering environment and safe life. Culture forms like film and theatre we used to open up public discussions about sensitive and taboo subject of violence and harassment against women and find means to be able to spread women’s experiences “behind the scenes” despite harsh censorship and poor access to the internet.

One of the program designed had been used to initiate a course by he study union Folketsuniversitet to support learners of Swedish language and culture, in their efforts to academic advance and social establishement in the local society. It offers I6 occasions á 90 minutes each including topics among others: - Self-image and presentation. - The tower of dreams: how do we grow? - Comfort zone and how we learn. - Contacting people, what does it mean? - Anxiety, depression and fear on the way to your goals. - Structure for yourself and others, how do you do it? - Taking responsibility for your own idea. - Who wants something from us and who do we want something from? - Map of competencies: highways and offroad.
Midsummer Tango festival
An annual event helt around midsummer that has been bringing together tango dancers from different countries, building a temporary community around Swedish culture of celebration and Argentine tango, held in Helsingborg.
mental health and awarenessLectures and workshops on topic of ADHD
Series on relationships and learning with ADHD translates sensitive topics like boundaries, communication, self-advocacy into usable tools for anybody involved or experiencing the condition. The lecture tackles stigmas over mental diagnoses, neuropsychological conditions and large differences in experiences of relationships, communication, self-image and educational processes. The material is based on long observation and analysis of the lecturer's own experiences and from several years of cross-sectoral work with young people in exclusion and mental illness.
outside of the box approachTango campo
Tango Campo is a new approach targeting psychoemotional well-being as well as psychosomatic connections, that has been developing since 2023 through a series of trainings on the crossroad of tango, psychology and martial arts. It had been successfully applied in group trainings for teambuilding, personal development, couple therapy as well as mental recovery after a breakdown. It presents no limit on age or gender, and adjustment to any level of mobility, awareness and ability.

Throughout the years, we have been supporting people in all ages and various backgrounds to reconnect to their own life values, find balance and sustainability in relations to themselves and others. A series of session usually consists of 5-15 occasions where we together walk through the unspoken obstacles for self-recognition and advance.
tackling the tough talksSint Maarten Harmony project
A special place belongs to the project SXM Harmony as it landed to St. Dominic high school at a tough time. Within the project we produced and promoted a new concept of connection with a person's perception of harmony and peace, to reflect on matters of relation to themselves, their bodies and other people through tango, and transfer relevant pedagogical skills to school- and dance teachers and other professionals.
On the edge between psychology, physiology and sociologyTango for neurological aid
There is extensive research on the effects that tango has on people with mobility disabilities and neurological diagnoses, where various aspects are highlighted, including the specific effects of partner dancing in therapy for mobility-impairing conditions. We offered and conducted a 5-sessions course that helped participants: people with neurological comditions and their family members, to overcome stigma connected to deteriorating physical ability, to improve their balance and movements, and to reconnect to social life. These engagements took place in Sweden, Italy and Sint Maarten.
